Cancellation and Refund Policy
At AdBoard Booking, we strive to provide transparent and fair policies. We understand that circumstances change, and we're committed to working with you to find the best solution.
1. Pre-Deployment Cancellation
Before your billboard ad goes live:
- Full Refund (100%): Cancel within 24 hours of booking and before billboard owner approval
- Partial Refund (75%): Cancel after owner approval but at least 48 hours before scheduled deployment
- Partial Refund (50%): Cancel within 48 hours of scheduled deployment (processing and coordination costs apply)
2. Post-Deployment Cancellation
After your ad has been deployed:
- No refund available for the period already displayed
- Remaining period may be refunded on a pro-rata basis (50% of remaining days)
- Early termination fees may apply based on billboard owner's policy
3. Service Failure & Compensation
We guarantee service delivery. If we fail to deliver as promised, you're protected:
- Billboard Not Deployed: Full refund (100%) if your ad doesn't go live on the scheduled date
- Technical Issues: Full refund for affected period if billboard is non-functional for more than 24 hours
- Wrong Location/Placement: Full refund if billboard is not at the agreed location
- Under-delivery: Automatic compensation credit if proof-of-play shows less than 90% of promised impressions
4. Quality & Verification Issues
Proof of service matters to us:
- If deployment photos are not provided within 48 hours, you can request a full refund
- If billboard doesn't meet described specifications, partial refund or rebooking at equivalent billboard
- Content quality issues (wrong ad displayed, poor resolution): Full refund for affected period
5. Refund Process
How to request a refund:

- Provide your booking ID and reason for refund
- Our team will review within 24 hours
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method
- You'll receive email confirmation at each step
6. Dispute Resolution
If you're not satisfied with our resolution:
- Request escalation to our senior management team
- We'll conduct a thorough review within 48 hours
- Access to proof-of-play data and deployment evidence
- Mediation options available for amounts over ₹50,000
7. Your Responsibilities
- Review booking details carefully before confirming payment
- Report any issues within 48 hours of discovery
- Provide clear evidence for quality-related complaints
- Respond to our communication within 3 business days
8. Non-Refundable Scenarios
We cannot offer refunds for:
- Change of mind after successful deployment
- External factors (weather, traffic changes, local events) affecting visibility
- Third-party content approval delays from your side
- Government restrictions or local regulations (force majeure)
